PARTICULAR CONDITIONS OF THE APARTMENT YOU ARE GOING TO RESERVE

Are described in the data of the apartment in a gray stripe below the plane of the apartment. Accepting these conditions, you will agree with the conditions of the apartment you are booking.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

- Once payment has been made of the amount of the reservation will receive an e-mail confirmation and all your reservation information is very important that you read.

CANCELLATION POLICY

When for reasons attributable to the consumer to cancel a reservation, the amount paid for the reservation will not be returned.
Regarding the amount of rent depends on the cancellation of the owner of each apartment.
Cancellations always communicate in writing, by e-mail or fax.
In the event that force majeure, the apartment booked is not available, our company will provide accommodation with identical characteristics. If you could offer an alternative, the reservation will be canceled, and refunds will be paid by way of reservation.

CHANGES

The change of dates is possible in the following cases:
Increased dates: if the same apartment is available for the dates and the change will be made only after payment of the difference in the amount of reserve.
Reduction dates: only one month in advance and without refund of reservation.

Changing the number of people:
Increased number of people: if the same apartment is large enough and the change will be made only after payment of the difference in the amount of reserve.
Reducing the number of people: only one month in advance and without refund of reservation.

The first change of the reservation at no cost management but from the second applies a tariff of 20 €.

It is the responsibility of our customers the choice of the area where the apartment is to your liking.

THEFT

We are not responsible for the theft of objects placed inside the apartments.
